Spend less time running your salon. More time growing it.

A-Hub is all-in-one salon management software built for employee-based salons, commission teams especially: everything lives in one connected system, not a dozen separate tools.

A-Hub takes the paperwork off your plate: commission, payments, callouts, attendance, goals, so you can focus on full chairs, a happy team, and a more profitable salon. Built by an owner for his own salon.

All-in-one salon & spa software

A-Hub is all-in-one salon management software built for employee-based salons, commission teams especially: everything lives in one connected system, not a dozen separate tools. A stylist calls out and it already knows which guests it affects, so nothing lands on you to chase down. These are the headliners; there is more below.

A-Hub's appointment calendar with an appointment being dragged to a new time slot and a stylist's time off shown on the grid

The center of A-Hub

The calendar that runs the day

Every appointment lives on one drag-to-move calendar that checks for conflicts before it lets a move happen, with time off shown right on the grid instead of a separate list to cross-check. It's the screen your front desk and your stylists actually live in all day, so it's built to be fast, not just complete.

A-Hub's online booking screen showing real appointment openings that protect long color blocks and short cut gaps from being stranded

Online booking that protects the shape of your day

Guests book into the same calendar your desk uses, so what they see online is what's actually open, not a stale copy. Booking fills stylists in the owner's published order first, descending only when the top of that order can't serve the request, and it can require a deposit up front, according to your policy. The times it offers are chosen to protect long open blocks big enough for a color and short gaps big enough for a quick cut, instead of leaving small, unsellable gaps stranded on the day.

A-Hub checkout screen combining services, retail, and tip on one ticket, with payment split across two methods

One ticket, checked out in a tap

Services, retail, and tip land on one ticket at checkout, and splitting payment across two cards or cash and card takes a tap, not a workaround. From the same screen, the desk can rebook the guest in one tap before they walk out.

A-Hub payments screen showing a counter terminal charge, chair checkout from a guest's phone, a saved card on file, and a gift card issued after payment settles

The money story

Integrated payments: one processor, every way a guest pays

Every charge runs through one processor, at the desk, at the chair, or from a guest's own phone. A card stays on file only once the guest has actually agreed to it, recorded, not assumed, and a gift card is minted the moment payment settles, never before. Every order and payment lands in one filterable ledger, and each location gets its own merchant account, so the money and the reporting stay where they belong. Many salons qualify for a complimentary counter terminal, ask when you join. And if a charge gets disputed, chargeback defense sits right alongside it, built into the same system.

A-Hub chargeback dispute screen showing the reply-by date, gathered evidence, and a written response ready to submit to the processor

Fight a chargeback without leaving A-Hub

When a chargeback opens, the salon is alerted right away with the date a response is due. A-Hub pulls together what it already knows about that charge, the guest's messages, their recorded agreement, the cancellation policy they saw, and their visit history, and writes the response with exhibits attached. When something isn't on file, it says so plainly instead of papering over the gap, and the response goes to the processor from inside A-Hub, not a separate portal.

A-Hub PIN time-clock kiosk screen for an employee-based salon team

Built for employers, not booth renters

Most salon software is built for booth renters and treats your team like tenants paying for a chair. You actually employ people: you train them, you schedule them, you pay them, and you're responsible for their hours. A-Hub is built to carry that weight, with a PIN time-clock kiosk for clocking in and out and pay periods that lock once they're processed, so a closed period stays closed.

A-Hub's connected modules for booking, checkout, payroll, and scheduling shown as one system instead of separate apps

One platform, not a stack of logins

Booking, checkout, payments, payroll-ready commission, scheduling, inventory, and guest feedback live in one system instead of a dozen separate tools that don't talk to each other. That's the difference between software that's actually all-in-one and a stack of apps that happen to share a login page.

Built by a salon owner, not a boardroom

A-Hub was built by a working salon owner to cut the paperwork out of his own salon, alongside the front desk and stylists who use it every day. It fits how a salon really runs because it runs one.

How it works

Subscription software, priced per business. Setup done with you, billing starts when you go live. Card processing built in.

Payments, built in

Booking, checkout, and payment through one system. Your salon is the merchant, A-Hub is the platform, and you get one place to see what was booked, sold, and paid.

Who it’s for

Employee-based salons and spas, whatever the pay model: commission, hourly, or a mix, across hair, color, nail, skin, wax, barbering, and day spas. Flexes down to a small shop or up to a multi-location group, and its deepest tools are sharpest for a commission team.

Everything you’d expect, included

Beyond what makes A-Hub different, the basics are already there.
