Terms of Service

  1. 1. Agreement. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the A-Hub software platform and this website (together, the "Service"), provided by A-Hub Technologies LLC ("A-Hub," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If a signed order form or service agreement exists between you and A-Hub, that document controls where it conflicts with these Terms.
  2. 2. The Service. A-Hub provides salon and spa management software, including booking, point of sale, integrated card payments, commission calculation and payroll-ready reporting, scheduling and attendance, inventory, client records, and messaging. Features may change as the Service develops.
  3. 3. Accounts. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your account credentials, and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business.
  4. 4. Fees and billing. The Service is provided under the subscription and pricing terms agreed with you. Subscriptions renew for successive terms unless cancelled under our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and we may change fees on renewal with prior notice. Except as stated in that Policy, fees are non-refundable.
  5. 5. Payments and merchant role. Card processing is provided through A-Hub Payments and its processing partners. When you enable payments, your salon accepts cards through its own merchant account, your salon is the merchant of record for its own transactions, and you must agree to the payments provider's merchant terms, which govern that relationship. Refunds, chargebacks, and disputes on your transactions may reduce or delay your payouts and can create balances owed. A-Hub is the software platform, not the card network, bank, or acquirer, and is not responsible for the acts of the payments provider or card networks.
  6. 6. Payroll and employment. A-Hub calculates commissions and produces payroll-ready reports. A-Hub does not pay wages, move payroll funds, or withhold or file taxes. You remain responsible for paying your team, tax withholding and filing, worker classification, and employment-law compliance, and for reviewing A-Hub's calculations before you rely on them.
  7. 7. Acceptable use. You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to breach security, disrupt the Service, access data you are not authorized to access, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.
  8. 8. Intellectual property. A-Hub and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design, and content. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under these Terms. You retain your own business and guest data.
  9. 9. Disclaimers. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
  10. 10. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, A-Hub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. A-Hub's total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid A-Hub for the Service in the twelve months before the claim.
  11. 11. Termination. You may cancel under the Refund & Cancellation Policy. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as needed to protect the Service or its users. On termination you may export your data for a reasonable period.
  12. 12. Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our consent, except that either party may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of substantially all assets. A-Hub may assign to an affiliate or successor.
  13. 13. General. These Terms, with any signed order form or service agreement, are the entire agreement on this subject. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Notices to A-Hub go to the contact below. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
  14. 14. Changes. We may update these Terms and will update the effective date. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
