Privacy Policy

  1. 1. Scope. This Privacy Policy explains how A-Hub Technologies LLC ("A-Hub," "we," "us") handles information in connection with this website and the A-Hub software platform (the "Service").
  2. 2. Our roles. For this website and for A-Hub account, sales, billing, and support data, A-Hub is the controller. For the guest and employee records a salon manages inside the Service, the salon is the controller and A-Hub processes that data on the salon's behalf and under its instructions.
  3. 3. Information we handle.
    • Website and account data: business and account details, contact information, and support communications.
    • Salon-provided records in the Service: guest names and contact details, appointment and visit history, service notes and formulas, feedback and survey responses, memberships and rewards, and purchase and transaction records; and employee records such as schedules, time and attendance, time off, commissions, and internal messages. Some records may relate to minors, such as salon guests or apprentices, and are handled on the salon’s behalf.
    • Payment data: card payments are processed by A-Hub’s third-party payments provider. A-Hub does not store full card numbers; the provider handles card data and related tokens and transaction information.
    • Usage data: basic technical and usage information such as device, browser, and interactions with the Service.
  4. 4. How we use information. To provide, operate, secure, support, and improve the Service; to process transactions through our payments provider; to communicate with you; and to meet legal obligations.
  5. 5. How we share information. With service providers who help run the Service (such as hosting, messaging, and our payments provider), when required by law, and in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information.
  6. 6. Communications. The Service sends appointment and account messages and, where enabled and permitted, marketing messages. Recipients can opt out of marketing. Salons are responsible for having the consent needed to message their guests.
  7. 7. Data security. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
  8. 8. Data retention. We keep information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and handle salon-controlled records according to the salon's instructions.
  9. 9. Your choices and rights. You may request access to or correction of your information and may contact us with privacy questions using the details below. Requests about guest or employee records managed by a salon are directed to that salon as the controller. We respond consistent with applicable law, including Oregon law where it applies.
  10. 10. Children. This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 18. Records about minors that a salon enters into the Service are handled on the salon's behalf under this Policy.
  11. 11. Changes. We may update this Policy and will update the effective date above.
